Introduction:

SPE/PEM technology electrolysis cell, use world advanced Proton Exchange Membrane technology, only use little electricity and pure water, to produce pure hydrogen gas. No need to add KOH. We mainly produce three types now, SPE-90 small cell with H2 flow 0--90ml/min, SPE-300 with H2 flow rate 0--300ml/min and SPE-600 with H2 flow rate 0--600ml/min. It is widely be used in Hydrogen generator, people breath and rich hydrogen water to drink etc.

 

Working Principle:

when power on ,water will be decomposed at once at the anode : 2H2 O = 4H+ + 2O-2. The decomposed negative oxyanion (O-2) will immediately release electron to form oxygen (O2), which will then be discharged from the anode chamber with some water into the water tank. The water can be used circularly, oxygen will be discharged into the atmosphere. The hydrogen proton, in the form of aqua ion (H+ XH2 O), and under the action of electric field force , through SPE ion membrane, will arrive in the cathode to absorb electron to form hydrogen ,which will then be discharged from the cathode chamber

Our Cell Difference with Other Suppliers(Very Important to Read)

1. Diameter: SPE-300/600 diameter: 136mm, bigger than other suppliers. One cell could produce more H2 gas. Inside reaction PEM membrane: 100mm diameter.

   Other suppliers inside reaction membrane: 80/85mm diameter.

   Small cell: diameter only 7cm, Very smart.

   

2. Electrode and micropore panel: both use 100% Titanium 1 Metal.

Some suppliers use stainless steel with welding as micropore. Which will corrosion after

Using some time. Some supplier use thin Titanium plate.

We use thickness Titanium 1plate! Which is top level quality grade among Titanium.

 

3. Mostly Important! Single membrane cell voltage: ours all small than DC 2.5V !

   Mostly customer maybe not know this technical data.

   it is the directly indication for the cell quality and technical skill. Lower is better!

 

4. Outside Panel: 316 Food level stainless steel. 4mm thickness.

   Some other supplier use Aluminium plate, which will produce polluted water and further damage membrane gradually.Whole cell lifetime is shorter.

 

5. SPE-600 has two H2 output ports from two side. Which guarantee two side membranes are both full of water. Water and electricity are both on average.

   Some other suppliers only has one port. Will cause far away side membranes short of water.will cause drying possibility.
